Terms of Service
Last updated · July 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of QuantiFi, business software for wellness and fitness professionals. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
QuantiFi provides scheduling, session-pack tracking (the QuantiFi Ledger™), client portals, messaging, content libraries, automations, and optional AI-assistant features for appointment-based businesses. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce core functionality you've paid for without notice.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
- You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 to open a practitioner account.
- Client portal access is by invitation of the practitioner who owns the practice.
3. Your data & your clients
- You own your business data. We claim no rights to your client records, notes, or content beyond what's needed to run the service.
- You're responsible for having the right to store your clients' information and for complying with laws that apply to your profession (including any health-records rules that govern you).
- Sealed Ledger records are immutable by design. This permanence is a core feature — don't seal what you may need to unwind; use the void mechanism where available.
4. Not medical advice
QuantiFi is business software. Nothing in the product — including AI-assistant output — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Professional judgment always belongs to the practitioner.
5. AI features
- AI features run on API keys you connect; requests go directly to your chosen provider under their terms.
- AI output can be wrong. Review before acting on it — especially anything sent to a client.
- The AI assistant is structurally excluded from payment operations. Actions it proposes execute under your account and are your responsibility, including any autonomy settings you enable.
6. Messaging
Email and SMS features send messages to your clients on your behalf. You're responsible for having consent to contact them and for complying with anti-spam and telemarketing laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, TCPA). Honor opt-outs.
7. Payments
Payments between you and your clients are processed by third parties (e.g. Stripe) under their terms. QuantiFi records the business ledger but is not a party to those transactions.
8. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no abuse of the platform (scraping other tenants, probing security, spamming), no storing content you have no right to store.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data you chose to send to third parties (AI providers, payment processors, messaging carriers).
10. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On closure you may request an export of your data (see the Privacy Policy).
11. Changes & governing law
We'll email account owners before material changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
